| IV.APPLICATION FEES AND MATTERS TO KEEP IN MIND |

Matters to keep in mind |

Multiple applications for other medical school¡¯s regular or rolling based admission are not allowed |

Admittees from rolling based admission in our institution or other medical institutes are not allowed to apply for the regular admission |

| (03) |
Application form and other supporting documents submitted to be considered for admission will not be returned to applicants, and in case of absenting from the interview, application fee will not be refunded |

| (04) |
The school is not responsible for the results caused by missing or incomplete document with missing and false report, errors on application form, or other possible mistakes made by examinees. On the matter, no questionings upon decision made by the school are allowed |

On the interview day examinees must carry admission ticket for the examination and an identification card (only personal registration card, driver¡¯s license, and passport are recognized as ID card), absentees for the interview are excluded from admission |

On the day of interview all the cellular phones, recorders, radiotelegraphs, cameras, PDA¡¯s, and computers from examinees are collected and kept by testing administration, and any personal carriage of those is prohibited. (violation on this direction is considered as cheating and the violator is eliminated from admission selection.) |

Final admittees should obtain the letter of acceptance and prescribed registration document at designated time and place and should complete the registration process within the specified time period. If vacant slots occur due to the relinquishment of admission after the release of final admittees for rolling based admission, the number can be supplemented through regular admission and will be selected on merit basis |
